Interested in becoming a Big O Tires franchise? You don’t need to have experience in the automotive industry, however, you will need to undergo their New Franchisee Orientation program. The program is designed to get franchisees up-to-date with company culture, processes, and their customer relations policies. It is 175 hours long and consists of on-the-job and classroom training. Big O Tires offers exclusive incentives to franchisee owners, veterans, and first responders (e.g., firefighters, policemen, emergency medical teams).
